I'm very pleased with my experience with ScreenTek.
As I think I told you, I had ordered an LCD display from Dell in mid-October it never arrived. I had to reorder it the second week in November. When I called Dell to find out where the display is just before I called you folks, they told me it had never been ordered. (Getting a part from Dell for a machine that isn't under warranty has been increasingly frustrating in the last several years.) You can just imagine my pleasure in calling ScreenTek late in the afternoon to order the LCD display, and having it show up the next day! For the same money as I would have paid Dell! We have a special account with Dell because we do so much business with them that allows us to order parts out of warranty and not pay shipping on them at all. So, the LCD display that I got from ScreenTek was actually significantly cheaper than Dell was charging me.

I have just installed my new laptop screen. It arrived just as you said...11:00 a.m. this morning. Everything works perfect! You don't know how happy I am to be able to use my laptop again. I had been searching the web for about 6 months for a screen. It is so many sites....it is overwhelming. I never felt comfortable until I spoke to you. Ordering on line is sort of scary....you really don't know what you are getting. But I am totally satisfied with not only the screen, but your professionalism and kindness with me as a customer. I would definitely recommend ScreenTek to others. Thank you for the screw driver....it came in handy. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and I am sure you will hear from me in the future.

Actually, your turn-around time and prices were better than Compaq (company holding the warranty) and all local retailers like Comp City, Best Buy, etc. As I noted in a previous email to you, your company is to be commended on your services rendered. In a world of high technology, I find that efficiency has somehow gone wayside. ScreenTek, Ltd. has given me hope that there is still a "ma and pa" - effort out there to do good by your customer, giving them the best price/cost, service and customer service interaction. A few days ago a laptop came to me for repair with a busted screen. We are talking it looks like a piece of Picasso art. Remembering my last years experience dealing with you (circa September 2003) for a Toshiba laptop screen, I have not even bothered getting a quote from the Acer dealership.

I received the LCD this morning 1 day ahead of schedule. It is already installed and I am back to working mobile with my laptop which is VERY important when you run a Wireless ISP.
