When my lap top screen first broke, I was pretty upset. At that point, I was left with two options; buy a new laptop at a cost close to $1000 plus set up time or send my laptop into HP, pay close to $700 and wait 4-6 weeks. Thanks to ScreenTek I was able to save close to $400 dollares have the screen sent to me in two days and with help from a local repairman be back to work. Great Job!

I had tried to order the same screen through the laptop manufacturer. I gave up after being on hold for more than an hour, hung-up on, transferred to the wrong person and sent to "technical specialists" who clearly had no clue what they were talking about.

ScreenTek provided the polar opposite experience. The phone was answered on the second ring and I was transferred to you. You knew exactly what I needed and got it to me fast. While it would be nice to order without having to submit a signature, you made that part easy, too. Smooth, easy and efficient; that's what I want in an on-line transaction and that's what you provided. And you also did it for $100 less than the manufacture was asking! I don't think I could design a better experience.

The LCD is where it belongs and basically functions flawlessly ... The a22p is in my personal use as an empedded SW-development platform. End of last summer the PC was in a mild accident. PC intact. 20% of LCD survived. Back light didn't. Battery life doubled. The machine continued in daily use via remote desktop.

I could not locate a suitable substitute for the whole thing from any mfgr local lineup. Spending new laptop equvalent amount of money, only to obtain replacement LCD from IBM, did not appeal either. No other source of LCD's available locally, I spent few evenings browsing the web, made handfull of phone calls to the new continent and you know the rest.

Dealing with you was as snappy as I was expecting. Somewhat strict logistic timing was met with ease. As you might have guessed the display is currently in Finland Europe. I've got frequent but unpredictable connections between here and US.

... What can I say? In this unwanted messy incident ScreenTek was a great relief. Thank you.
