Open and inspect your laptop. The LCD screen is a very thin device, only a few millimeters thick, and housed within the display assembly. The display assembly is comprised of the LCD screen, the inverter and video cable (both are inside), and the plastic bezel and plastic shell (these are outside). There's also an internal metal frame, and hinges. The latch mechanism found in most laptops is absent here, so removing the bezel from this machine is simpler.

The Macbook Pro does have one item to be mindful of which most laptops do not: a built-in webcam camera.
